It is committed to improving the quality of life for indigent multiple births across the globe through variety of projects that stimulate intellectual and social growth.
It aims to improve the quality of life for multiple births, striving to reduce childhood deaths and to protect these multiple births in the midst of natural disasters.

MULTIPLE BIRTHS MEDICAL MISSIONS IN NIGERIA
The initiative made kind donations for the upkeep of these indigent multiple births and parents.
The volunteers worked against tremendous odds, funding the delivery of life saving care for series of extremely ill patients suffering from severe infections. A Challenging yet inspiring missions, the team looks forward to bringing more advanced care, equipment, donations and increases multiple birth training to developing regions.
CHANGING LITTLE MULTIPLE BIRTH LIVES IN EDO STATE
A seven member team of volunteer professionals visited the university of Benin teaching hospital in Edo State- Nigeria to offset the accumulated medical bills of ten (10) new indigent multiple birth parents.
The visiting volunteer professionals performed this lifesaving task, aiming to make advanced and widespread care for indigent multiple births in other regions.

A NURTURING ENVIRONMENT FOR KADUNA INDIGENT MULTIPLE BIRTH
Zainab Siraju hails from Kaduna State northern Nigeria. In August 2012, she and her children was abandoned by the husband on hearing about their new born multiple birth. Multiple Birth Initiatives intervened by providing her with material/financial resources and also procured a set of sewing machines for her to be self reliant.

HIV SCREENING AND PREVENTION FOR INDIGENT MULTIPLE BIRTH PARENTS
Multiple Birth Initiatives is providing tickets for HIV Screening and prevention mission for indigent multiple birth parents accomplished by a team of volunteer nurses, which is achieving testing for over 100 indigent parents in addition to screenings, the nursing team conducts general check-ups, delivering educational seminars on HIV prevention, and brought essential medical supply donations such as medications, blood pressure monitors, scrubs and syringes.
KUBWA TWINS SMILES AGAIN
The two months old twins from the kubwa village in Abuja- Nigeria, was born into a poor family of unemployed parents barely one month after the twin birth, the mother died of an unknown illness. Multiple Birth initiatives took up the responsibility to carter for this Happy but sad Family of multiple births.
KIND DONATIONS BRING GOOD CHEER TO INDIGENT MULTIPLE BIRTH
Multiple Birth Initiatives steps in to distribute donated items to multiple birth families in need.
Recently the initiative distributed items worth $ 1000 to disadvantaged multiple birth families. Some of our volunteers have committed to sending relief materials across the other parts of the countries of their own expense.

HOSPITAL CARE FOR INDIGENT MULTIPLE BIRTH
The Multiple Birth Initiatives hospital programs care to the poor multiple birth families in Nigeria communities.
Here, the visiting team teach hygiene and distribute health safety materials to the indigent multiple birth.
NEW FACILITIES FOR INDIGENT MULTIPLE BIRTH
Multiple birth initiatives are providing classroom facilities for indigent multiple births in schools around Edo State- Nigeria. A committed team of volunteers visit specific schools were indigent multiple births are enrolled, and equip them with learning materials.
